- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants about the properties and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and provide regular reports to management.
