We’re currently looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians. If you haven’t installed a heat pump before, your skills may still be a fit. Those who have installed boilers, heating systems, or heat pumps are encouraged to apply. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality heat pump installations safely and efficiently, while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service.

As a Heat Pump Engineer, you’ll help families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators. You’ll work closely with our designers to ensure only efficient, reliable systems are fitted; all jobs have been properly surveyed and you’ll receive schematic diagrams for every installation. You’ll train at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer and grow professionally with the UK’s fastest‑growing Heat Pump installer. You’ll join a Europe‑wide team of engineers as part of the Aira family.

What We Would Like You to Have as a Heat Pump Engineer:

  • NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps
  • Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators

Additional desirable qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regulations)
  • Gas Qualifications
  • Unvented hot water systems (part G)
  • Level 3 heat pump system design
  • F‑Gas Category 1
