Renewable Energy Sales with Aira

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team.

As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech
  • Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system Hub Spot
  • Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method
  • Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers
  • What We Would Like You To Have
  • Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role
  • Experience within in a field based sales role
  • Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems
  • An excitement for sales and working towards targets
  • Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
  • A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments

It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
