We’re currently looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians. Even if you’ve never fitted a heat pump before, you may already have the skills we’re looking for. If you have experience installing boilers, heating systems, or heat pumps, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality heat pump installations safely and efficiently, while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing As a Heat Pump Engineer
- You’ll be helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
- You’ll work closely with our designers to ensure that only efficient, reliable systems are fitted, with all jobs properly surveyed and schematic diagrams provided.
- You’ll train at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, gaining professional growth opportunities with the UK’s fastest‑growing heat‑pump installer.
- You’ll be part of a Europe‑wide team of engineers within the Aira family.
What we would like you to have as a Heat Pump Engineer
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
Additional desirable qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
- WRAS qualifications (water regulations)
- Gas qualifications
- Unvented hot water systems (part G)
- Level 3 heat pump system design
- F‑Gas Category 1
