Right now, we’re looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across the UK. Even if you’ve never fitted a heat pump before, you may have the skills we’re after.

If you’re experienced in fitting boilers, heating systems, or heat pumps, we want to hear from you! You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing as a Heat Pump Engineer:

  • Helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
  • Working closely with our designers to ensure only efficient, reliable systems are fitted. All jobs will be properly surveyed, with schematic diagrams provided for each installation.
  • Training at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, offering opportunities for development and professional growth with the UK’s fastest-growing Heat Pump installer.
  • Joining a Europe-wide team of engineers as part of the Aira family.

What we would like you to have as a Heat Pump Engineer:

  • Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps.
  • Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators.
  • Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
    • WRAS Qualifications (water regulations)
    • Gas Qualifications
    • Unvented hot water systems (Part G)
    • F-Gas Category 1
