- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role within the hospitality and catering industry.
- Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
