Starting with innovative heat pumps, it will evolve into a comprehensive, intelligent clean energy-tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs, cutting-edge home solar systems, and advanced battery storage solutions.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team. As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
- Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
- Including pre-booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs.
- Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot.
- Provide excellent customer service while in our customers’ homes using our Aira Sales Method.
- Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers.
What We Would Like You to Have
- Full UK Driving License – this is a field-based role.
- Experience within a field-based sales role.
- Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems.
- An excitement for sales and working towards targets.
- Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections.
- A passion for active and forward-thinking work environments.
- It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
