Renewable Energy Sales with Aira Clean‑energy tech leads to a positive global transformation. Heating homes contribute to 15% of Europe's CO2 emissions. Switching to sustainable solutions offers households a way to achieve net‑zero emissions. Aira’s mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions, creating intelligent, sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps, it will evolve into a comprehensive, intelligent clean energy‑tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs, cutting‑edge home solar systems, and advanced battery storage solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
- Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
- Including pre‑booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs.
- Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot.
- Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers’ homes using our Aira Sales Method.
- Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers.
What we would like you to have:
- Full UK Driving License – This is a field‑based role.
- Experience within a field‑based sales role.
- Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems.
- An excitement for sales and working towards targets.
- Problem‑solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections.
- A passion for active and forward‑thinking working environments.
- It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
