As a trusted industry leader, we are expanding our Stansted-based MRO facility and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Aircraft Trimmer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve cabin trim issues in line with approved maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
- Cut, sew, and install soft furnishings such as sidewalls and seat upholstery using materials like Tedlar, leather, and laminates.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer manuals, company processes, and all applicable MOE, UK/EASA, and NAA regulations.
- Promptly report hazards or non-conformities.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Certifying Licensed Engineer in accordance with approved documentation.
- Proven experience in aircraft interior trimming or similar upholstery work.
- High attention to detail with strong craftsmanship standards.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with a 5-5-4 shift schedule.
- Confident operating in VVIP cabin areas, including galleys and lavatories, using all relevant tools and equipment.
