As a trusted industry leader, we're expanding our Stansted-based MRO facility and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Aircraft Trimmer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in aircraft interior refurbishment, trimming, and upholstery, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve cabin trim issues in line with approved maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
  • Cut, sew, and install soft furnishings such as sidewalls and seat upholstery using materials like Tedlar, leather, and laminates.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer manuals, company processes, and all applicable MOE, UK/EASA, and NAA regulations.
  • Promptly report hazards or non-conformities.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Certifying Licensed Engineer in accordance with approved documentation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in aircraft interior trimming or similar upholstery work.
  • High attention to detail with strong craftsmanship standards.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with a 5-5-4 shift schedule.
  • Confident operating in VVIP cabin areas, including galleys and lavatories, using all relevant tools and equipment.
