AirX Jet Support is a trusted leader in high-quality aviation maintenance services, committed to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team at our Stansted-based MRO facility.

About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our operational spaces. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not required—full training will be provided. We are seeking someone with a strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Empty waste bins and manage appropriate disposal
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors)
  • Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Maintain stock levels and place orders, including company uniforms
  • Replace and purchase cleaning supplies (mileage reimbursed for Costco visits)
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared areas such as crew rooms, hallways, and open-plan offices
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches)
  • Assist with special cleaning projects, including deep cleans
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
