Your Role: Litigation Paralegal – Flight Delay Claims (EC261/UK261). Location: Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the legal team by handling a high volume of small claims relating to flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.
  • Prepare cases for litigation, liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and courts, and ensure all case procedures are managed efficiently and within deadlines.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation or civil disputes, preferably within consumer or personal injury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Small Claims Track and CPR protocols.
