We are looking to grow our team with an additional air conditioning engineer who is currently located in or near Grantham. The role will include working on a range of installation projects and helping cover maintenance works as needed. The role will be mobile and cover an area of approximately 40 miles from home. The role will champion customer service excellence and is willing to continue to grow and develop with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a range of installation projects.
- Help cover maintenance works as needed.
- Champion customer service excellence.
- Run and plan small works effectively, communicating professionally to both customers and colleagues.
- Manage health and safety requirements for self and an additional labourer, with full training provided.
- Support the delivery of the wide range of services offered.
- Provide weekend/out-of-hours work as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years minimum experience working in a similar role (essential).
- F-GAS Cat 1 (essential).
- Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration or RAC (desirable).
- 18th Edition (desirable – where not currently held, this will form part of training & development plan).
- Experience installing, commissioning and maintaining split systems and VRF/VRVs (essential).
- Flexible approach to supporting the delivery of the wide range of services we offer.
- C1 category drivers licence and towing experience an advantage.
