We’re working with a fast-growing social and influencer agency looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across a range of social, content and influencer campaigns. This is a key role at the heart of the agency — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure, clarity and commercial rigour to creative work.
You’ll be responsible for driving projects end-to-end, managing people, process and budgets to ensure everything lands on time, on budget and to a high standard. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from initial scoping through to final delivery, acting as the central point of coordination across teams, clients and external partners. This is not just about timelines. You’ll play a critical role in financial management, resourcing and operational delivery, ensuring projects are commercially sound and efficiently executed. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and refine processes as the agency continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of social media and influencer campaigns
- Building detailed project plans, timelines and production schedules
- Writing scopes of work and aligning deliverables to budgets
- Managing project finances, including budgets, forecasting, WIP and burn rates
- Overseeing invoicing, POs and supplier management
- Acting as the central hub across teams — aligning stakeholders and keeping communication clear
- Managing resource allocation, identifying bottlenecks and solving delivery challenges early
- Coordinating internal teams, freelancers and external production partners
- Supporting client services with reporting, timelines and delivery frameworks
- Ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience in a creative, social, influencer or digital agency
- A strong background in project delivery across social and content campaigns
- Confident managing budgets, forecasting and financial processes
- Highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
- Experienced managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- A strong communicator, comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders
- Confident coordinating creative teams, production partners and suppliers
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
- Passionate about social, content and creative delivery
