This award-winning creative brand experience agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager. The focus of the Senior Account Manager role is generating revenue through experiential and smart mass sampling; managing relationships with existing clients.

Working as part of the Client Development team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients, forging strong, trusting relationships in order to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities of this Senior Account Manager:

  • Manage and expand client portfolios by supporting senior team members and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Independently handle client relationships through meetings, presentations, and strategic planning.
  • Act as the primary contact for Experiential and Smart Mass Sampling across teams, ensuring timely, quality creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage amendments, budgets, and resources.
  • As a senior Business Development team member, uphold professionalism, mentor juniors, and promote collaboration across departments to achieve effective outcomes.
