Are you a digitally minded Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager looking for more responsibility, greater exposure to campaign delivery and a clear path for progression?

We’re working with a highly respected, full-service marketing agency looking for a hands-on Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager to join their growing team.

This isn’t a traditional client services role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign delivery, working directly within advertising platforms, spotting opportunities, solving problems and helping campaigns perform at their best.

You’ll work across a broad mix of clients and sectors, collaborating closely with account management, media, strategy and performance teams to deliver campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat and programmatic.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and building strong client relationships
  • Assisting with the implementation, optimisation and delivery of digital advertising campaigns
  • Working directly within advertising platforms to monitor performance and make campaign improvements
  • Carrying out campaign quality assurance checks across audiences, budgets, creative assets and tracking
  • Managing campaign pacing and helping ensure delivery against KPIs
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Supporting campaign reporting, presentations and performance reviews
  • Coordinating with internal media, strategy, creative and data teams
  • Assisting with budget tracking, invoicing and campaign administration
  • Contributing to business pitches and proposals
  • What we’re looking for
  • Around 1-4 years’ experience with in a media agency, digital agency, performance marketing team or similar environment
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing or optimising digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience using one or more major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, DV360 or Tik Tok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of paid media principles and campaign optimisation
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to take ownership
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or Display & Video 360 (DV360)
  • Experience working with Higher Education, Financial Services or B2B clients
  • Experience using GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms
  • Google Ads, Meta or programmatic certifications
