This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Executive to join this medical company. We are looking for an ambitious Programme Executive to support the education and programme team in creating and delivering upcoming projects. The role will encourage the development of the Programme Executive and involve working closely with the Head of Global Programmes, the Administrative Executive, and the wider team.
Key responsibilities for this Programme Executive include:
- Collaborating with the Programme Organising Board to develop and deliver clinical academic sessions
- Coordinating with key opinion leaders and societies for sessions and partnership opportunities
- Maintaining and updating internal programme management spreadsheets and databases in collaboration with the administrative team
- Communicating with Faculty regarding event invitations, travel, and hotel arrangements
- Supporting the events team from project inception to delivery
- Ensuring clinical content accuracy for marketing materials and the website
- Scheduling meetings, handling calls, and supporting visitors
- Maintaining excellent organisation during busy periods
- Managing and improving relevant processes
Essential skills and qualifications include:
