- Leadingproductionfromdesigndevelopmentthroughfabrication,installationandcompletion
- Translatingcreativeconceptsintopractical,buildableandcost-effectiveproductionsolutions
- Managingproductionbudgets,schedules,scopesofworkandsupplierquotations
- Reviewingtechnicaldrawings,specifications,materialsandfabricationmethods
- Sourcingandmanagingfabricators,contractorsandspecialistsuppliers
- Identifyingtechnical,commercialandlogisticalrisksanddevelopingsolutions
- Overseeingqualitycontrol,sitevisits,pre-builds,installationsandbreakdowns
- Managinglogisticsincludingfreight,transport,storageandinternationaldeliverywhererequired
- Maintainingstrongcommunicationacrossclients,designers,projectteamsandsuppliers
TobeconsideredforthisProductionManagerrole,you'llneed:
- 5+years'productionmanagementexperienceacrossretail,experiential,exhibitions,liveeventsorcreativeproduction
- Strongknowledgeoffabrication,materials,finishesandconstructionprocesses
- Provenexperiencedeliveringcomplexphysicalbuildsfromdesignthroughtoinstallation
- Experiencemanagingsuppliers,contractors,fabricatorsandspecialistproductionpartners
- Strongcommercialawarenesswithexperiencemanagingandreconcilingproductionbudgets
- Abilitytoreviewtechnicaldrawings,specificationsandproductioninformation
