Producer – Performance Marketing. Remote working (UK based). £30-£40K / £250-£350 per day. We’re looking for a highly organised Producer to join this agency’s performance marketing team. This isn’t a traditional creative team role, you’ll work directly with marketers, taking design assets and making them performance marketing ready. You’ll spend around 75% of your time focused on a major e-commerce client. Your day-to-day will involve taking product imagery, adding translations, and preparing ad-ready creatives tailored to platform needs. You’ll help test different concepts, formats and variations to identify what converts best. This role is ideal if you have a sharp eye for detail, love process, and are curious about using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities of this Producer: • Work primarily on a large e-commerce client, turning assets into ad-ready creatives. • Prepare assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring localised, tested variations. • Collaborate closely with performance marketers to generate and iterate creative concepts. • Apply a test-and-learn mindset, using results to guide ongoing creative production • Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, image resizing tools) to improve speed, consistency and volume of output • Explore and test new tools that could streamline creative production or increase quality • Own creative delivery timelines and prioritise workload effectively • Track tasks, requests and deadlines through project management tools • Maintain quality control and ensure assets meet brand and platform guidelines • Manage light freelance support where needed to stay on time and within budget Requirements of this Producer: • Experience in a creative, production or marketing agency environment • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite • Comfortable working with ad platforms and understanding what formats and specs are needed • Solid grasp of localisation processes and using translated content in design • Confident using AI tools and open to testing new solutions to improve workflows • Excellent organisational and communication skills • UK-based and able to work 2 days a week in our Liverpool Street office (hybrid role) If you\’re the Producer we\’re after, get in touch quoting reference ILS224 when applying for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
