We’re looking for a highly organised Producer / Designer to join this agency’s performance marketing team. This isn’t a traditional creative team role, you’ll work directly with marketers, taking design assets and making them performance marketing ready. You’ll spend around 75% of your time focused on a major e-commerce client. Your day-to-day will involve taking product imagery, adding translations, and preparing ad-ready creatives tailored to platform needs. You’ll help test different concepts, formats and variations to identify what converts best. This role is ideal if you have a sharp eye for detail, love process, and are curious about using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work primarily on a large e-commerce client, turning assets into ad-ready creatives.
- Prepare assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring localised, tested variations.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketers to generate and iterate creative concepts.
- Apply a test-and-learn mindset, using results to guide ongoing creative production.
- Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, image resizing tools) to improve speed, consistency and volume of output.
- Explore and test new tools that could streamline creative production or increase quality.
- Own creative delivery timelines and prioritise workload effectively.
- Track tasks, requests and deadlines through project management tools.
- Maintain quality control and ensure assets meet brand and platform guidelines.
- Manage light freelance support where needed to stay on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in a creative, production or marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite.
- Comfortable working with ad platforms and understanding what formats and specs are needed.
- Solid grasp of localisation processes and using translated content in design.
- Confident using AI tools and open to testing new solutions to improve workflows.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- UK-based and able to work 2 days a week in our Liverpool Street office (hybrid role).
