Location: Hybrid Regional (must be located near one of Air IT offices)

Reporting to: Revenue Operations Manager

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Purpose: The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for owning the Sale to Invoice process, to include ConnectWise product management, new order conversions, procurement and tracking open orders. They will assist the Revenue Operations Team in all aspects of reporting for recurring and non-recurring revenue streams in WIP and billing.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience: The ideal candidate will have:

  • High level administration skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations, procurement and/or agreement billing within an MSP, this is preferred but not essential
  • Process driven with ability to identify improvements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, both internal and external
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
