We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join this award-winning independent agency. This is a great opportunity for a Paid Social Executive who loves performance marketing, enjoys getting into the detail of campaigns, and wants to continue developing their skills in a fast-moving agency environment.

This agency works with a range of leading retail and consumer brands, delivering integrated campaigns powered by data, creativity and smart media thinking. They’re growing quickly, investing heavily in digital, and looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about paid social and performance.

As Paid Social Executive, you’ll support the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta. You’ll work closely with the wider digital and client services teams to help deliver campaigns that drive strong commercial results for clients.

You’ll need hands-on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, along with a good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, reporting and testing. Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.

This role would suit someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of paid social — someone who likes spotting opportunities in the data.
