We're looking for a Senior Experiential Manager to join a leading brand experience agency delivering integrated campaigns, live events and experiential activations for some of the UK's biggest consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Experiential Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing multiple campaigns and bringing creative ideas to life through outstanding project delivery. You'll be joining a collaborative team where no two projects are the same, working across a broad range of experiential and live marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout campaign delivery
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Managing campaign budgets, timelines and commercial performance
- Collaborating with creative, production and operational teams to deliver successful projects
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing recommendations for future activity
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members across campaign delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining the highest levels of client service
Qualifications
- At least two years' experience within an experiential, events or brand activation agency
- Proven experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing campaign budgets and commercial performance
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to live events across the UK, including occasional weekend working
