We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead high‑profile FMCG and retail client relationships. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, understands live delivery, and is confident owning both client relationships and commercial performance. You’ll oversee complex experiential campaigns, lead and mentor senior teams, and play a key role in driving account growth and new business.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic and delivery partner
- Own multiple experiential and integrated campaigns from brief to execution
- Oversee timelines, budgets, margins and campaign delivery quality
- Provide financial leadership across accounts, including forecasting and P&L oversight
- Lead, mentor and develop Account Directors and Campaign Managers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, production, logistics and staffing
- Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing clients
- Lead pitches, proposals and submissions
This role requires regular travel during busy periods to attend events and oversee delivery.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role within an experiential or brand experience agency
- Strong background working with FMCG, retail, food, or health & beauty brands
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and long‑term client partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins and targets
- Confident leading teams in high‑pressure, live delivery environments
- Detail‑oriented, organised and calm under pressure
- Deep understanding of experiential and integrated campaign delivery
