We’re looking for an Experiential Events Manager to join an award‑winning brand experience agency delivering exciting live, retail and experiential campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. The agency specialises in experiential, retail and influencer marketing, creating campaigns that connect with audiences across home, in‑store, out‑of‑home and online channels. With a collaborative culture, ambitious clients and a strong reputation in the industry, this role offers a chance to bring campaigns and events to life in a fast‑paced environment. This position will play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns and live activations from planning through to execution and reporting. You’ll need to be highly organized, commercially aware and confident managing multiple moving parts while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage experiential and integrated campaigns from briefing and planning through to delivery and post‑campaign analysis
- Coordinate live activations, events, retail campaigns and promotional activity
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
- Take and shape creative briefs, working closely with creative and production teams
- Manage timelines, budgets and campaign logistics with precision
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for future activity
- Understand margins and campaign profitability, identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Be heavily involved in campaign delivery, including occasional weekend or out‑of‑hours activity when required
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in an Events Manager, Experiential Manager, Campaign Manager or Account Manager role within an agency environment
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Experience delivering experiential, retail, promotional or integrated marketing campaigns
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and margins
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- A proactive, self‑starting attitude with a passion for live events and creative campaign delivery
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
