This creative brand experience agency is looking for a Content Manager to lead content planning and delivery across all channels. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of content at a growing agency with big ambitions. The agency is a specialist across Europe in beauty, retail and shopper marketing, helping build brand experiences with global ambition and local impact.
The in-house Marketing and Communications team drives the voice, visibility and vision across B2B channels, championing the agency brand and its sub-brands. As the Content Manager, you'll take ownership of what the agency publishes, when and how, producing high-quality, insight-driven content that brings their expertise and point of view to life. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider MarComm team to ideate, plan and deliver thought leadership, campaign content and brand storytelling, while taking responsibility for increasing the pace and volume of output.
Key Responsibilities of this Content Manager:- Content Strategy & Planning: Create creative content ideas to support brand awareness, reputation, and lead generation.
- Content Creation & Execution: Write and edit diverse high-quality content reflecting brand voice, interview stakeholders to craft engaging stories, work with video and multimedia teams to produce varied content formats.
- People Management: Manage the Digital Executive, providing guidance, feedback, and supporting professional growth. Ensure quality and consistency across social media outputs.
- Experience of content creation for retail, experiential, beauty and shopper marketing in an agency.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Experience managing content calendars and producing content in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong strategic thinking: able to connect content to commercial objectives, audience needs and brand positioning.
- Strong ideas-generation and planning abilities; confident in taking a brief, finding an angle and shaping a narrative.
- Experience managing, mentoring or line-managing a junior team member.
