We’re looking for a Social Creator / Designer to join a growing creative agency and take ownership of how they show up across social. This is a hands‑on, content‑led role for someone who loves creating – from filming and editing video to designing assets and bringing ideas to life. This role will also pick up design responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can combine content creation with design and creative thinking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and owning the agency’s social content output (LinkedIn, Instagram, video)
  • Filming and editing short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok‑style)
  • Being comfortable on camera – presenting, interviewing, reacting to trends
  • Designing social assets, decks and marketing materials
  • Managing content calendars and keeping output consistent and engaging
  • Working with leadership to shape ideas and bring content to life
  • Supporting new business with creative, standout content

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a content, social or creative role
  • Someone who is genuinely hands‑on with content creation
  • Strong design skills (Adobe, Figma or similar)
