Are you an experienced CRM, lifecycle or customer growth consultant who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges? We're working with one of the UK's fastest-growing independent digital consultancies, helping ambitious brands improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through smarter marketing, data and technology.

This is a senior client-facing role combining customer strategy, CRM, MarTech and project delivery. You'll advise recognised brands, build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead projects that turn customer growth strategies into practical, measurable solutions.

The role

Working across a portfolio of clients, you'll act as both strategic adviser and delivery lead across lifecycle marketing, CRM and customer growth projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customer contact strategies to improve engagement, retention and commercial performance
  • Designing end-to-end customer journeys across email, SMS, push, in-app and onsite channels
  • Creating lifecycle and retention roadmaps that improve customer experience, automation and operational efficiency
  • Advising clients on CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, CRO tools and customer data architecture
  • Helping clients understand what customer data they need, where it should live and how it can be activated
  • Supporting CRM platform selection, migration and implementation projects
  • Analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance and lifecycle metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to improve segmentation, personalisation and customer lifetime value
  • Leading workshops with senior client stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects from discovery through to delivery
  • Supporting junior consultants and helping develop the agency's CRM capability

What we're looking for

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Digital or marketing consultancies
  • CRM consultancies
  • Customer strategy teams
  • MarTech consultancies
  • Digital transformation practices

You'll probably have around five to ten years' relevant experience and be comfortable discussing customer strategy with senior marketing stakeholders while also getting into the detail of customer journeys, technology and data. You should have experience across several of the following areas:

  • CRM strategy and customer lifecycle planning
  • Retention, engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Customer journey design
  • Segmentation and personalisation
  • Customer Data Platforms and data activation
  • Marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • CRM and marketing platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach, HubSpot or Klaviyo
  • Senior client consulting and stakeholder management
  • Managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously

You don't need to come from a traditional CRM agency background. What matters is your ability to understand complex commercial problems, advise clients confidently and lead the delivery of effective customer growth solutions.

What's on offer?

  • Salary of £55,000-£85,000, depending on experience
  • Twice-yearly performance bonus
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Work-from-abroad policy
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Regular team events and lunches
  • Excellent progression opportunities
  • A collaborative Covent Garden office with a strong social culture
  • The opportunity to work with recognised brands across publishing, ecommerce and subscription-led businesses

You'll join an ambitious and entrepreneurial consultancy where you can influence client strategy, solve genuinely interesting customer growth challenges and help shape a growing CRM consulting capability. If you're an experienced CRM, lifecycle, MarTech or customer growth consultant looking for a broader and more influential role, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
