This agency specialises in space and place marketing, and they are looking for a Designer/Artworker with experience in property marketing. They are looking for a highly capable Designer/Artworker with 3+ years' experience in a real estate or property-focused agency. This is an all-rounder role suited to someone who is fast, accurate and detail-obsessed, with the ability to move seamlessly between design, rollout and final artwork.
This Designer/Artworker will work across investment and leasing marketing (primarily office), producing everything from quick brand rollouts and hoarding through to large-format investment brochures (up to 70 pages), floorplans and print-ready documentation. Speed, accuracy and attention to detail are absolutely critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Designing and artworking a wider range of property marketing materials, including:
- Rolling out campaigns and brand assets across multiple formats, sizes and specifications.
- Preparing accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring all documents meet production standards.
- Managing artwork versions, amends and approvals efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring consistency across layout, typography, branding and file structures.
- Working closely with Account Managers and Designers to translate briefs into polished final outputs.
- Preparing files for print, liaising with suppliers where required, and understanding print constraints and finishes.
Key skills & experience required
- 3+ years' experience as a Designer & Artworker, ideally within a real-estate, property or design agency.
- Strong experience across investment and leasing office marketing.
- Proven ability to handle both design and artwork, from concept through to final production.
- Experience designing and artworking floorplans and technical layouts.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Mailchimp (EDMs and digital rollouts), Squarespace (basic website builds and updates).
