If you have worked for a property developer, realâestate marketing studio, architectural practice, or a property branding agency, this role will feel like home. - Turn brand guidelines, creative direction and architect's materials into polished, premium design outputs.
- Produce multiâpage brochures (often 30â60 pages) with meticulous consistency in layout, typography and hierarchy.
- Artwork all visuals, maps, CGIs, diagrams and amenity pages to a productionâready standard.
- Prepare printâready artwork and liaise with printers when required.
- Support the team across pitch documents, site branding, signage mockups, hoarding artwork and marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple live developments at different stages of delivery.
What we are looking for from this Creative Artworker / Designer:
- 3+ years' experience as a Creative Artworker, Property Designer, Production Designer, or similar.
- Property sector experience is essential â e.g. working with Developers, Real estate marketing agencies, Architectural studios, Property brand / placemaking consultancies, Design & build / regeneration teams.
- Demonstrable experience creating property brochures or largeâformat marketing documents.
- Expert InDesign, strong Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Able to structure longâform documents with clarity and precision.
- Brilliant attention to detail â layout, grids, spacing, kerning, consistency.
- Comfortable working with architectural drawings, floorplans, masterplans and CGIs.
- Strong understanding of premium print production.
- Calm under pressure and able to turn work around quickly when developments move fast.
