Are you a Conceptual Brand Designer with experience working on property and real estate brands? If you’ve built your career within a property-focused creative agency and love developing distinctive brand identities for developments, places and destinations, this could be the role for you.

This growing design‐led studio specialises in branding for the property and placemaking sector, creating bold brand worlds for residential developments, mixed‐use destinations and property‐led brands. They’re now looking for a Conceptual Brand Designer to join their team and help shape the next generation of property brands.

As Conceptual Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing creative ideas and translating them into compelling brand identities and visual systems for property developments and destinations. Working closely with strategists, designers and the wider creative team, you’ll help bring property brands to life across identity, campaign and marketing touchpoints.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the thinking behind the work just as much as the craft – someone who can move from concept through to execution while maintaining a strong creative vision.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing strong conceptual brand ideas for property developments and destinations
  • Creating distinctive brand identities and visual systems
  • Designing across a range of brand touchpoints including brochures, campaigns, digital and marketing collateral

  • Contributing to creative presentations and helping shape creative direction
  • Ensuring strong design craft and consistency across projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working within a property‐focused creative agency
  • A strong portfolio of property branding or placemaking work
  • A conceptual thinker with excellent brand design skills
  • Experience developing brands from concept through to rollout
  • Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling ability
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a creative team
