Responsibilities of this Business Development Director include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the commercial property and real estate sectors.
- Building relationships with property developers, investment companies, commercial agents and marketing decision-makers.
- Representing the agency at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
- Understanding prospective clients' property marketing requirements and identifying opportunities for creative solutions.
- Introducing the agency's expertise across branding, design, brochures, websites, digital marketing and property marketing collateral.
- Working closely with creative and production teams to develop proposals and pitches.
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders across the property industry.
- Playing an integral role in driving the agency's growth and commercial success.
Experience we're looking for:
- A strong background in account management, client services or business development within a property marketing, branding, design or creative agency.
- A good understanding of the commercial property market and how creative marketing supports leasing, investment and development.
- Experience building relationships with property professionals, developers, agents or senior marketing stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- A personable, confident and engaging approach.
- The ability to understand client requirements and communicate creative solutions effectively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for winning new business.
Experience within a specialist property marketing agency would be particularly attractive, although we're also interested in commercially minded agency account handlers with strong property sector exposure.
What's on offer?
- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
- Commission with £70,000–£80,000 OTE
- The opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing an established creative agency.
- A highly visible, relationship-driven position with genuine commercial responsibility.
- The chance to work alongside experienced creative and property marketing specialists.
- An ambitious, collaborative environment where your contribution will make a real difference.
