We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join this growing strategy team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their strategy career who’s curious about people, culture and behaviour, and excited by how insight becomes strong creative ideas. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, creatives and account teams on campaigns for some genuinely exciting brands. This role is about learning, contributing and building your strategic craft in a supportive, creative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting research into audiences, culture, category trends and behaviour
- Helping turn insight into clear strategic thinking that inspires creative work
- Assisting with creative briefs, pitch decks and presentations
- Working alongside creatives to help shape ideas and platforms
- Supporting social-first, influencer and integrated campaigns
- Helping review campaign performance and pull together learnings
- Being an active contributor in brainstorms, workshops and team sessions
What we’re looking for:
- One years’ experience in strategy, planning, research, or a creative agency environment
- A strong interest in advertising, creativity and brand storytelling
- Curiosity about culture, behaviour and why people do what they do
- Confidence with research and insight, and a desire to develop further
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Agency experience (creative, social, content or strategy)
- Exposure to behavioural science, cultural analysis or audience research
- Experience supporting pitches or creative development
- Familiarity with tools like GWI, TGI, social listening or desk research
