Experiential Producer

We're looking for an experienced Experiential Producer to join a growing creative production studio specialising in retail, experiential and live events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute, client-facing Producer who enjoys taking ownership of ambitious projects from initial brief and creative development through to production and live delivery.

You'll sit at the centre of projects, connecting client ambition with creative thinking and production expertise to deliver exceptional physical brand experiences for major global brands. As Experiential Producer, you'll lead client relationships, interrogate briefs, develop proposals and work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects are creatively strong, commercially viable and flawlessly delivered.

Responsibilities of this Experiential Producer include:

• Leading and developing client relationships across experiential, retail and live-event projects
• Taking ownership of projects from initial brief through creative development, production and live delivery
• Translating client objectives and strategic briefs into compelling experiential responses alongside the design team
• Developing proposals, pitch decks and high-quality client presentations
• Defining project scope, budgets, programmes and delivery frameworks
• Leading client meetings, presentations and project communications
• Managing feedback, approvals and changes in scope throughout the project lifecycle
• Working closely with design and production teams to ensure creative ambition and operational delivery remain aligned
• Coordinating specialist partners, suppliers and contractors where required
• Conducting site visits, feasibility reviews and technical assessments
• Maintaining commercial control across budgets, timings and project delivery
• Providing a senior presence during installations and live-event delivery

To be considered for this Experiential Producer role, you'll need:

• 3-6+ years' experience within experiential, live events, brand activations or a related creative production environment
• Proven experience taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to live delivery
• Strong client management and presentation skills
• Experience developing proposals, pitch decks and creative responses
• Good understanding of production processes, fabrication and onsite delivery
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets
• Excellent organisational and programme management skills
• The confidence to work closely with creative, design and production specialists
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required
• Experience delivering retail environments, semi-permanent installations or international projects would be advantageous, as would a good working knowledge of fabrication and production processes.
