This experiential events agency is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager. This role involves creating retail/shopper and live brand experiences both at store level and out of store. You will be responsible for leading the project management of campaigns through creation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation. You will be the main point of contact day to day for our end clients, ensuring the campaigns are run efficiently and effectively. You will be based in the Welwyn City office, with travel required to sites and client offices.
You’ll work in a fun, passionate and supportive team, with exposure to a variety of activations, honing your skills in agile working, end-to-end project delivery and driving new business. This is a great opportunity to work with clients who see us as an extension of their team. Working across a range of accounts, you’ll get great exposure to diverse ways of working and different strategic approaches.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with key clients.
- Working with Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and to establish a clear project plan for each campaign.
- Understanding clients’ needs and their key objectives/metrics for success.
- Identifying and coordinating all relevant resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of a campaign.
- Leading day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshooting any issues.
- Working closely with internal departments, ensuring they have the right information in order to fulfil their part in a campaign.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and hitting clients’ KPIs.
- Mentoring/developing junior members of staff.
Senior Campaign Manager requirements:
- Have a background in agency - shopper, experiential, live events and working with FMCG brands.
- Have a passion for end-to-end project management.
- Be a people person, love collaborating and building relationships with your colleagues and clients.
- Have at least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar Campaign/Account Management role.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails, and to deliver solid presentations.
- Have strong financial and commercial acumen and evidence of effective budget management experience.
- Flexible to work some weekends and occasionally work unsocial hours.
- Flexible to travel nationwide for campaign events.
- Must hold a full UK driving license and own a vehicle.
