We’re looking for an Events Manager to join a fast-growing experiential and events agency delivering standout live events, activations and brand experiences for globally recognised brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with around 4–5 years’ experience within events, experiential or agency environments who enjoys owning projects from planning through to delivery and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a range of events and experiential projects, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple moving parts at once.

Responsibilities
  • Managing events and experiential projects from brief through to delivery
  • Coordinating suppliers, logistics, timelines and project plans
  • Supporting budget management and delivery profitability
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Managing on-site event delivery when required
  • Identifying and solving problems quickly throughout the delivery process
  • Supporting smooth communication and collaboration across teams
What we’re looking for
  • Around 4–5 years’ experience within events, experiential, production or agency environments
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within fast-moving client environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client and brand experiences
