This award-winning creative brand experience agency is looking for a Creative Director to take the lead on creating the very best creative experiential work possible that delivers brand experiences for beauty clients. Do you have a passion for the beauty industry? As part of the Creative leadership team, this Creative Director will have the opportunity to work with global brands and industry leaders and be part of a passionate, supportive, and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your creative team to produce outstanding experiential creative work, continually raising the standard of digital and physical creative output across your client accounts.
- Oversee the development, delivery, and overall quality of the creative output of your team and manage their day-to-day priorities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop your team, cultivating an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth.
- Work closely with the Client Development Team to build strategic business partnerships with clients, inspiring and exciting them about our creative work and our delivery on their brand promise.
- Collaborate and align with Campaign Managers, Strategy, Production, and Social to provide integrated thinking and solutions to your clients.
- Support the Head of Creative in setting the creative vision and driving these behaviours through the entire creative and development process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the beauty industry.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior creative role (e.g., Associate Creative Director) and at least 8 years in an agency and experiential role.
- Understand and evaluate client objectives and values to help develop creative briefs and inspiration.
- Show strong and demonstrable creative and conceptual leadership in experiential projects, guiding and directing others to support your creative vision.
- Have success with client-facing work including presentation skills, constructive discussion, and finding solutions.
- Ability to manage and supervise multiple projects and people to meet objectives as well as budgets and timelines.
