We’re looking for a Creative Artworker / Designer with strong real estate experience — someone who understands how to bring property brands, developments and placemaking stories to life through beautifully crafted design and long‑form layout work. If you’ve worked for a property developer, real‑estate marketing studio, architectural practice, or a property branding agency, this role will feel like home. This is a production‑heavy artwork role: precision, layout, typography, grids, and flawless execution. Not conceptual design.
What this Creative Artworker / Designer will do:
- Create high‑quality artwork for property brochures, sales packs, development prospectuses, investment decks, masterplan documents, floorplans, and site plan layouts.
- Turn brand guidelines, creative direction and architect’s materials into polished, premium design outputs.
- Produce multi‑page brochures (often 30–60 pages) with meticulous consistency in layout, typography and hierarchy.
- Artwork all visuals, maps, CGIs, diagrams and amenity pages to a production‑ready standard.
- Prepare print‑ready artwork and liaise with printers when required.
- Support the team across pitch documents, site branding, signage mockups, hoarding artwork and marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple live developments at different stages of delivery.
What we’re looking for from this Creative Artworker / Designer:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Creative Artworker, Property Designer, Production Designer, or similar.
- Property sector experience is essential — e.g. working with: Developers, Real estate marketing agencies, Architectural studios, Property brand / placemaking consultancies, Design & build / regeneration teams.
- Demonstrable experience creating property brochures or large‑format marketing documents.
- Expert InDesign, strong Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Able to structure long‑form documents with clarity and precision.
- Brilliant attention to detail — layout, grids, spacing, kerning, consistency.
- Comfortable working with architectural drawings, floorplans, masterplans and CGIs.
- Strong understanding of premium print production.
- Calm under pressure and able to turn work around quickly when developments move fast.
