The Role
You’ll be the creative force behind large-scale activations, collaborating with producers, designers, and suppliers to deliver work that stops people in their tracks. Think beyond the expected: push sustainability, innovate with trends, and craft experiences that resonate now.
What this Creative / Art Director will do:
- Lead brainstorming and execute original, distinctive concepts across physical and experiential campaigns.
- Research and partner with artists, stylists, makers, and florists to bring visions to life.
- Pitch ideas that win business—clear, compelling decks are your forte.
- Advise producers on creative execution (what works, what doesn’t, and how to nail the details).
- Champion sustainable, low-waste designs without sacrificing impact.
What this Creative / Art Director will need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a creative, event or experiential agency.
- You must have a degree within the creative arts.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Sketch-up or any other 3D skills are a bonus.
- Able to build comprehensive and realistic dressing lists tailored to the creative vision, budget, and venue.
- Ability to convey a concept clearly and accurately using visual representations and mood boards.
