Overview: This creative and strategic agency works with some of the biggest UK and global charities, they’re growing in lots of ways, and are looking for a Project Manager. If you’re a Project Manager with a passion for fundraising and experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- As Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, planners and creatives, and you’ll be instrumental at delivering exceptional fundraising campaigns that change the world.
- With the support from your Senior Project Manager and Account Director, you’ll help deliver a range of client projects across a portfolio of charities, making sure they are on time and on budget.
- You’ll also be key in supporting relationships with brilliant clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to enable to build partnerships that last.
Qualifications:
- A passion for fundraising – charity sector experience would be a bonus.
- Experience working within an agency environment or fast-paced organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Brilliant organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- Strong written and communication skills including writing briefs, summarising insight/research, proofreading and presenting at client meetings.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of direct marketing KPIs – interpreting and reporting back on results.
- Confident project management and decision-making skills.
- A good level of customer relationship management skills.
