This fast-growing experiential and events agency is looking for an Operations Lead to help scale the business sustainably, bringing structure, clarity and operational excellence across delivery, resourcing and process. This agency has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional brand experiences, live events and experiential campaigns for globally recognised brands. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for someone who can strengthen the operational engine behind the creativity - helping the team deliver consistently brilliant work at scale.

This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of the business, working closely with founders and commercial leadership to ensure growth is supported by strong operational execution. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role focused on improving how the agency delivers work day to day. You’ll help bring greater structure, visibility and consistency across projects, resourcing and delivery, whilst still protecting the energy and flexibility that make creative businesses successful. You’ll oversee operational delivery across the agency, helping improve workflows, strengthen resourcing and capacity planning, support profitability and create a more scalable delivery environment.

Responsibilities
