Strategy Consultant / Senior Consultant - £50,000-£100,000 - London (Hybrid)
We're recruiting for an ambitious, growing boutique strategy consultancy that works with some of the world's leading technology businesses.
With a focus on customer insight, commercial strategy, product innovation and go-to-market planning, the consultancy helps global brands understand their customers, identify opportunities and make smarter commercial decisions.
We're looking for talented Consultants and Senior Consultants who enjoy solving complex business challenges, combining analytical thinking with commercial creativity and turning insight into meaningful strategic recommendations.
You'll work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leaders and clients, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The Role
Depending on your experience, you'll be responsible for:
- Working on strategic consulting projects for major international technology businesses.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand markets, customers and commercial opportunities.
- Developing recommendations across product strategy, pricing, customer experience and go-to-market planning.
- Analysing complex information and translating findings into clear, commercially focused strategies.
- Creating compelling presentations and communicating insights to clients.
- Collaborating with senior consultants and directors to deliver high-quality strategic recommendations.
- Managing project workstreams and building strong client relationships as your experience develops.
- Contributing ideas and fresh thinking to help clients solve challenging commercial problems.
About You
We're interested in candidates who bring:
- Experience within strategy consulting, commercial strategy, customer insight or a closely related consultancy environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in technology, innovation and consumer behaviour.
- The ability to develop clear, actionable recommendations from complex research.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
You'll have a strong foundation in research, analysis and strategic problem-solving, with the potential to develop into a confident client-facing consultant.
You'll bring established consulting experience, with the ability to manage project workstreams independently, develop strategic recommendations and build trusted relationships with clients.
