We're looking for a Retail Activation Executive to join an award-winning brand experience agency, helping to deliver in-store marketing campaigns and retail activations for leading consumer brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, in-store activation or brand activation who enjoys managing campaigns from brief through to delivery.
You'll work closely with clients, internal teams and suppliers to coordinate activations across multiple retail locations, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
As Retail Activation Executive, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns, combining client communication and project management with hands-on involvement in the delivery of activity in-store.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing retail and in-store activation campaigns from brief through to delivery
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating activity across multiple retail locations
- Managing campaign timelines, budgets and costs
- Working with creative, production, staffing and operational teams to deliver campaigns
- Coordinating suppliers and other external partners
- Visiting stores and activation locations to oversee delivery and ensure campaign standards are maintained
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing post-campaign reports and recommendations
- Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaigns and add value for clients
To be considered, you'll need:
- Previous experience within retail marketing, shopper marketing, in-store activation or experiential marketing
- Experience delivering in-store campaigns or retail activations
- Strong project and campaign management skills
- Experience working with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams
- Confidence managing budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
The role involves regular travel to in-store activations, alongside two days per week in Croydon and some travel to Maidenhead.
