We’re looking for an experienced Performance Creative Strategist to join a fast-growing digital agency, working at the intersection of paid media, data and creative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can turn performance data into compelling creative ideas. You’ll analyse what is working across paid-social campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement and develop concepts, scripts and testing strategies that deliver measurable commercial growth. You’ll collaborate with media buyers, analysts, designers, producers and content creators, working with well-known consumer and ecommerce brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading performance creative strategy across paid-social campaigns
  • Analysing dashboards and platform data to identify creative trends, winning assets and opportunities
  • Developing structured creative-testing roadmaps and clear hypotheses
  • Creating direct-response concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards and calls to action
  • Writing detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, producers and content creators
  • Iterating existing assets to improve performance while developing new creative approaches
  • Briefing and directing UGC creators, influencers and production partners
  • Presenting creative insights and recommendations to clients
  • Translating complex campaign data into clear, commercially focused actions
  • Monitoring competitor activity, platform developments and emerging creative formats
  • Building libraries of successful, reusable creative assets

To be considered for this Performance Creative Strategist role, you’ll need:

  • At least five years’ experience in performance creative, creative strategy or a closely related role
  • A proven track record developing paid-social creative for DTC or ecommerce brands
  • Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising
  • Experience using campaign data to shape creative decisions and testing plans
  • Excellent direct-response writing skills, including hooks, scripts and conversion-focused copy
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative work that delivered measurable results
  • Experience briefing designers, editors, producers or content creators
  • The confidence to present recommendations and lead strategic client conversations
  • Strong analytical ability combined with excellent creative judgement
  • Some hands-on design, storyboarding or visual mock-up capability

Experience with UGC production, influencer content, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma would be advantageous. Knowledge of CAC, LTV, marginal return and AI-assisted creative workflows would also be beneficial.
