About the Programme

Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three‑year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0–2 years’ experience). You’ll rotate through three 12‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as:

  • Design and Maintenance
  • Plant Operations and Manufacturing
  • Production and Project Engineering
  • Start‑up & Commissioning
  • Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity

At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure.
