The role:

  • As an HR Specialist, you will be a key member of the MyHR team, responsible for managing complex HR queries and escalations, while contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Working closely with HR Partners, Centres of Expertise and our Global Capability Center (GCC), you will:
    • Manage and resolve complex employee and manager queries with accuracy and care
    • Support the delivery of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits
    • Maintain data quality and lead compliance across HR systems (including Workday)
    • Take an active role in HR projects and transformation initiatives
    • Drive and support automation and continuous improvement across HR processes
    • Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce issues.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR case management with project work, problem-solving, and driving real change in how HR services are delivered.

  • Solid HR experience, ideally including exposure to complex cases or escalations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented outlook.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and geographies.
