About The Programme
Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three‑year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0–2 years’ experience). You’ll rotate through three 12‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Design and Maintenance
- Plant Operations and Manufacturing
- Production and Project Engineering
- Start‑up & Commissioning
- Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity
At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure. Potential locations may include:
- Basingstoke
- Carrington
- Chertsey
- Crewe
- Ellesmere Port
- Hull
- Walkden
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

What We’re Looking For
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
- Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
- Internship/co‑op experience a plus
- Leadership and campus involvement
