Salary pa - £54,607 + Shift Allowances and Bonus

Shift pattern: 3 weeks day shift followed by 3 weeks night shifts

As we continue to grow, we are seeking Bulk HGV Drivers to join our team. In this position, you will provide timely and accurate delivery of products to Air Products customers and own sites in a safe and compliant manner, within agreed processes and procedures. You will embrace Air Products\' core safety values, aiming to be the safest gas company in the world. This role is a front-line, business-critical activity supporting our customer relationships and long-term retention.

What will you do?

  • Adhere to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.
  • Conduct pre & post vehicle checks in line with DVSA guidelines and Air Products standards, which may change from time to time.
  • Load, unload, and manage products in accordance with distribution instructions and procedures available via ‘RTL Knowledgebase app’.
  • Complete all required LearnEx and regulatory training.
  • Maintain tachograph infringement levels in line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, with regular feedback, monitoring, and coaching provided for full compliance.

What we are looking for?

  • LGV 1 license (HGV Class 1/C+E unrestricted)
  • Previous proven tanker driving experience
  • Valid ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 (minimum)
  • Valid Driver\'s CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and current Periodic Training Status
  • Proven safety-first work environment experience
  • Ability to drive professionally and achieve safety and efficiency targets supported by digital vehicle data
