Are you an aspiring or experienced German Speaking Sales Executive looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your range of sales skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are looking for a German Speaking Sales Executive to join our Central London office on a hybrid model. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads whilst working alongside our Sales Directors in accordance with your agreed territory.

To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, be passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers, insightful closing techniques and a passion for aviation and luxury travel.

Accountabilities

  • Generate new leads through proactive outbound efforts, including desk research, phone calls and networking.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries promptly, converting them into qualified opportunities and long-term customers following the Enquiry Management Guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to monitor key sales metrics and achieve personal and team revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle for all qualified leads, from qualification to deal closure in coordination with the Sales Director and Account Management Teams.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers through regular touchpoints and personalised communication.
  • Conduct regular flight visits to deepen trust, loyalty and credibility.
  • Support the Sales Directors and Account Management Teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight Air Partner’s unique offerings, including high-performance aircraft, global access, and pioneering safety standards.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • The ability to speak business standard German is a must have requirement for this position
  • Some experience in both inbound and outbound sales. Within the private aviation or luxury travel sector would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and lead conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close sales effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM tools like D365 for lead management.
  • A consultative sales approach, focused on delivering tailored solutions to customers.
  • Passion for luxury aviation and an understanding of the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and businesses of all sizes.
