We\’re looking for Account Executives to join our Gatwick-based Cargo team , where you\’ll be trained from the ground up to deliver industry-leading logistics solutions, including On-Board Courier (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), and Charter services for a wide range of international clients.

What to Expect:

  • Location : Gatwick Office (RH6 0PA)

  • Training Period : First 6 months, Monday to Friday, standard office hours

  • Post-Training Shift Pattern : 4-on / 4-off, 12-hour shifts (5am-5pm or 5pm-5am)

  • Work Format : Weekday day shifts are office-based; all weekend and night shifts can be carried out remotely, if preferred

About you:

  • Great communicators with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable with a shift-based role and flexible working hours

Previous experience in cargo or aviation isn\’t required – we\’ll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude, commitment, and desire to build a rewarding career in a unique and exciting sector.

Candidate Requirements:

We want to be completely transparent with you from the offset. This is a fun, high rewardbut sometimes pressurised role and as such, we are looking for our next Cargo Account Executives to have the following attributes:

The following would also be an advantage but not essential:

  • Passion for aviation
  • A full and valid driving license
  • Previous office-based sales / broking experience

We offer a foot in the door to a sector that is otherwise notoriously hard to get into, training in all things Cargo Charter, a good benefits package, the opportunity to travel occasionally, and a pathway to eventually become a stand-alone Account Manager, grow your own book of business and to earn commission.

If you are selected, one of our Talent Acquisition Team Members will reach out to you to arrange a screening call. From the candidates screened, a shortlist will be created and these shortlisted candidate will be invited to an Assessment centre (taking around half a day) on 28 th August – so please ensure you keep this day free – at our Gatwick office. The successful candidates will then receive their contracts the week commencing 1 st September and the training will start on Monday 6 th October. You must be available for at least the first 3 months after 6 th October to be able to attend the training in full, so if you have plans of more than a few days during this period, this will hinder your application.
